Processing Time
Please note processing time of minimum 2 weeks. In some cases processing time may take up to 4 weeks or even longer plus additional business days for mailing of your documents.

Collection of passport
After a visa application decision has been made, you can pick up your documents/ passport from the Visa Application Centre or have your documents returned to you by courier at the address provided at the time of submission.

Refund Process
Refund of visa fee - You will be entitled for visa fee refund, if Embassy/ Consulate hasn’t charged visa fee for your application. You will be contacted by our team.
BLS International service fee & optional service fee are non-refundable. Your BLS charges will be refunded only if you cancel the appointment in the system 48 hours before the appointment date. Incase of a no-show (not attending the appointment), BLS charges will not be refunded.
